FAQ
Everything you need to know
Direct answers to the questions we hear most. Still unsure? Book a consultation and we’ll walk you through everything.
Do I need experience to start Muay Thai?
No. Most clients start with zero experience. You’re coached from day one with structured progressions.
What makes Small Group Coaching different from regular classes?
Coaching means corrections, structure and personal attention — not just following along in a packed class.
Is this good for beginners?
Yes — the program is built for beginners. Real coaching is the safest, fastest path.
How often should I train?
2–4 sessions per week is the sweet spot. We design the cadence at consultation.
Is Muay Thai safe for kids?
Yes. Kids classes emphasize technique, control, respect and discipline in a coached, age-appropriate setting.
What should I expect in my first consultation?
A friendly conversation about your goals, schedule and history — and a clear plan for how to start.
How is this different from personal training?
Small Group Coaching is coached attention with the energy of partners. Personal Training is fully 1-on-1 for maximum customization.
Do you offer fighter coaching?
Yes. Coach Ziad coaches amateur and aspiring pro fighters with structured camps and corner work.
