How long is the beginner program?
It’s designed as an onramp into our ongoing small group coaching. Most beginners feel ready to transition within several weeks of consistent training.
Do I need any equipment?
Just workout clothes and water for your first sessions. We’ll guide you on simple gear when you’re ready.
Will I have to spar?
No. Sparring is optional and only introduced when you want it and you’re ready.
How often should beginners train?
2–3 sessions a week is the sweet spot for steady progress.
